***Shipping***

> Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
> Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
> All products are ready to ship unless it has the phrase "(pre-order)" next to it.

***How does pre-orders work?***

> Production for bulk order will start once pre-orders start
> After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse (1-2 weeks), we will ship out the packages accordingly.
> After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, the customer will be provided with a tracking number and dependent on the customer's location, shipping takes (3-7 days).

***SIZING***

> The sizing for the shirts run oversized (especially the sleeves)
> We recommend going with your recommended size for the more boxier and oversized fit or sizing down for a regular fit.
> The sizing for the hoodie runs slightly oversized, but we would recommend you to go true to size.
> **PLEASE CHECK OUR SIZING CHART FOR YOUR PERSONAL APPLICABLE SIZE.**

*** Refunds/Returns***

> Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. However, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. To start a return, you can contact us at (insert brand email) with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.

3. We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

***Exceptions / non-returnable items***
- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted.
- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.
- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.

***Cancellations for pre-orders***
- During the pre-order period, if the customer would like to cancel his/her order for their personal reasons, please contact us at (insert brand name)
- However, once the inventory arrives and the shipping label is created, the customer will not be able to cancel their order.

***Exchange for pre-orders***
- If the customer would like to change their size during the pre-order stage, dependent on what size the customer would like to change to, we will try our best to satisfy the customer. **THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN EXCHANGE**.
- Also if you want to change your shirt with a different "shirt", we will try our best to satisfy the customer, but this also is not guaranteed.
- Hoodies and shirts can not be exchanged because of the price difference.

***Shipping provider***
- **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER.

***Once a refund is accepted***
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (insert brand email)
